The Center will include a Multipurpose Room with the possibility of organizing events, seminars, presentations, lectures, etc. There will be rooms for young people (music, computers, painting, board games, etc.), a cafeteria and a modern doctor's office. There will also be ample parking.
 

A Town Planning Permit has already been issued and the designers are preparing plans, documents and other conditions for bidding on the project within 2019.
